What if I received the wrong product?


If you received an incorrect item within recent online order, simply call our Customer Service department Toll-Free 1800 081 083 or email au.customerservice@volcom.com and have your order # and incorrect item # available.  Once confirmed, all you need to do is ship your item/s back to us at the below-pre-paid mailing address. It’s that easy!
