Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is complete it’s instantly sent to our dispatch system to begin picking your items and getting them shipped to you as soon as possible. This leaves a fairly short window in which we can cancel or remove items from your order.

We are unable to swap items on a completed order, but items can be removed prior to shipping providing you contact us before the order begins processing.

If you need to cancel an order, change the shipping address or remove items from your order please contact our Online Customer Support team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee it will be possible to reach your order in time, but the faster you contact us the better.  

Once you have received your shipping notification via email, and the order status in your Customer Account has been updated to Fulfilled, we cannot remove any items from the order and it must be returned for a refund if unwanted.

While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed, we offer a Free Returns service.
