Volcom wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a hassle free 30 day return period on all items ordered via phone or online store.
- Original shipping charges will not be added to refund
- Items must be in 100% resalable condition
- Return time frame starts from original ship date
- No returns on Final Sale items
- Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail/outlet locations
- At this time we are unable to offer exchanges for any online purchases.
How to Return:
Visit our RETURNS PORTAL
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place your order
- Complete the fields to submit your return.Â
- Once submitted, you'll be emailed your unique QR code.Â
- Print your label at home or bring your packaged return and QR code to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (those marked with a printer symbol on the map) and they'll print one for you.
- Choose to drop your return at any Post Office or Australia Post Box.
- You'll be emailed tracking details so you can follow your return back to our warehouse.
