"One of the belt loops came apart after only one use. I'm guessing this is just a one-off issue, and hoping to get another pair. I contacted Volcom, for an exchange, but referred to "warranty service", which seems kind of odd? I was given an email and asked to attach a pic or two, which I did; I hope this goes smoothly."
