Good product, bad everything else.

"Poor layout for ordering product, CSR"s that tell me they cant cancel an order that was placed 12 hours previous, that i would have to accept delivery and return the product. Until I pointed out the Volcom website explicitly says I can in fact cancel an order. Product matters but so does service!!!"
