What This Limited Warranty Covers

This warranty only applies to items purchased through Volcom’s website located at www.Volcom.com.au Such Product is warranted against manufacturer defects pertaining to the workmanship of the product for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date. 

To be eligible under the Snow Warranty Program, the original purchaser of the product must provide Volcom with proof of purchase of an eligible product in the form of (a) an online order confirmation sent by Volcom, (b) a bank statement or credit card statement reflecting the purchase and purchase date of the product, or (c) the original, itemized packing slip provided by Volcom with the shipment of the product reflecting the purchase and purchase date of the product (collectively, “Proof of Purchase”). 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The Snow Warranty Program does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear, damages related to an accident, alteration of product, improper care and/or negligence, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over time.  The use of bleaches, wash additives, dry cleaning, over-drying, and/or the failure to properly wash  Product will make the Product ineligible for coverage under the Snow Warranty Program.

 

Warranty Process:

To make a claim under the Snow Warranty Program, send the below information to (onlinesupport@volcom.com.au), along with a clear and legible image of your Proof of Purchase (defined above) and 1-2 images of the defective product(s):

If our warranty technicians determine that the warranty claim is valid, Volcom will select one of the following remedies at Volcom’s sole discretion:

Warrantable Replacement

  1. In the event Volcom decides to replace your product, a list of available options will be sent to you for the replacement.
    1. All replacements will be subject to available inventory.
    2. If the replacement item is no longer available, Volcom’s Online Support team will be in contact with you on the available options of equal or lesser value based on the original Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price.
    3. Volcom will ship the replacement to you in a trackable method and at Volcom’s expense.

Warrantable Repair

  1. If Volcom, at its sole discretion, determines that a repair of the product is viable, Volcom will provide you with instructions via email to have your product sent to us.
    1. The repair process may take up to 4-6 weeks and the repairs will be paid for by Volcom.
    2. Volcom will pay for shipping costs to the customer in a trackable method once the item has been repaired.
    3. Product accepted for repair must be clean; any soiled or unwashed Product returned by a customer will be rejected and sent back to the customer without repairs made and Product shall no longer be eligible under the Snow Warranty Program.
