  • What is your return policy?

    Volcom wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a FREE 30 day return period on all items ordered via online store.

    Items must be in 100% resalable condition

    Return timeframe starts from original ship date

    Items purchased through retail stores must be returned to its original location

    How to return: 

    1. Visit our Returns Portal enter your order number and the email address used to place your order and complete the fields to submit your return. Once submitted, you'll be emailed your unique QR code. 
    2. Print your label at home or bring your packaged return and QR code to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (those marked with a printer symbol on the map) and they'll print one for you. Choose to drop your return at any Post Office, Australia Post Box, or selected branches of retailers such as IGA, Mitre 10 and Priceline.
    3. You'll be emailed tracking details so you can follow your return back to our warehouse.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    As of right now our Volcom Australia site only ships within Australia. For orders outside of Australia, please select the appropriate country within the top left drop down of our site to reach that regions Volcom site.

  • Can I be notified when an item comes back in stock?

    Currently we do not have a program within our system that notifies customers of an item becoming available from a backordered status. The majority of our apparel and accessories are seasonal runs and typically only lasts a couple months before the item is either discontinued or re-vamped into another like item. We do not have any back stock of items that we created in previous seasons and are unable to place a personal or custom order for these items. You can also check our Dealer Locator to see what retail stores and authorised dealers are in your area that might possibly have the item you're looking for in stock.

  • Do your products come with warranty?

    Yes, we do. All warranty timeframes begin from the original purchase date.
