The shipping fee is $9.95 for all orders.

Once your order has been created, please expect a 24-48 hour processing timeframe before orders are shipped.

Orders placed before 2 pm each business day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day. Our distribution centre is located in Melbourne and is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Please note, where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

The best ways to track your deliveries:

  1. You will be receive tracking status via email notifications from our shipping partner 

  2. Your exclusive tracking link will display the latest status of your parcel as well as carrier details

  3. You can also track your parcels on the Shippit site by the tracking provided onto the tracking tool Shippit | Tracking Tool

Additionally, once your order is confirmed at checkout, you will be able to select any of the following options to easily receive and be notified of shipping and delivery updates:

ALT (Authority To Leave) Update - For the safety of you our customers, and our drivers we have introduced contact-free delivery. How will the delivery work:

The driver will knock or ring the bell, place your order on the ground and step away.

If you're present at the delivery address, they will have the authority to note your full name instead of obtaining a physical signature.

If the delivery address is unattended and the driver considers there to be a safe area to leave the goods, the ATL(Authority To Leave) process will be followed and no name obtained.

Once your order is left in a safe area, delivery drivers will do their best to make a note of the location or take a picture as proof of delivery.



The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.



The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.



Volcom Australia cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Address Confirmation is given on the order review page in the checkout, as well as the order confirmation email you receive once your order has been successfully placed. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact our friendly Customer Support team through immediately.

Volcom will attempt to update any incorrect order details. However, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns policy/procedures section for more information.
