Volcom is committed to customer satisfaction. We want to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased. In case you are experiencing any quality issues or you think you may have received the incorrect item, please read our Warranty Policy.

 

How To Claim:

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item(s), please follow the below steps to lodge your claim. Please note your warranty claim will be pending approval.

  1. Email us at onlinesupport@volcom.com.au
  2. Provide your Online Order#
  3. Share supporting images clearly showing the issue you are claiming
  4. Share any other supporting information that will help us look into your claim and determine the problem

One of our friendly Customer Service Team members will be able to assist further based on the information provided and assist with the best solution for you after reviewing your claim and will instruct how to proceed further. We appreciate you taking the time to share the above with us.

 

Things To Remember:

  • If you made your purchase from one of our authorised Volcom dealers, you will need to contact such a store to initiate your warranty
  • Online Orders are not eligible and will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our Volcom Store or Volcom DFO Stores.
